Territory exclusivity is a cornerstone of the Mr. Zip Code system. If another member is found operating in your claimed zip code, city, or county without your permission, report it immediately through our leadership contact form. We investigate every claim and enforce territory boundaries swiftly. Verified violations follow our three-strike enforcement policy.

Use the "Contact Leadership" button on this page or reach out directly through the Contact Us page. Provide as much detail as possible — including dates, screenshots, and the member involved. All reports are confidential and investigated within 48 hours. We take every report seriously and will follow up with you on the outcome.

Territory transfers are handled through the Zip Exchange, our official marketplace for buying, selling, and trading zip code territories. All transfers must go through the official process to maintain community integrity. Direct, unofficial territory sales between members are not permitted and may result in enforcement action.

Poaching includes any active solicitation, marketing, or client engagement within another member's claimed territory without their explicit written consent. This covers door-knocking, direct mail, digital ads geo-targeted to their area, and social media outreach to residents in their zip code. Referrals that naturally cross boundaries are acceptable — the key distinction is intentional, systematic targeting.

First offense results in a private conversation and formal warning — we believe in second chances. Second offense leads to temporary suspension from community activities and territory privileges, with duration based on severity. Third offense means permanent removal from the community and forfeiture of all territory rights. Note that severe violations such as fraud, harassment, or brand misrepresentation may result in immediate removal regardless of prior history.

As a territory holder, you are expected to actively serve your community, maintain the Mr. Zip Code brand standards, support local businesses, participate in community initiatives, and deliver exceptional service to every client. Inactive territory holders who fail to engage with their community for extended periods may be subject to territory review. Your territory is both a privilege and a responsibility.

Absolutely — in fact, we encourage it. Every listing and sale that comes through Mr. Zip Code contributes a portion to the Tunnel to Towers Foundation. Members can also participate in our Mr. Red White & Blue contest, nominate patriots in their community, and organize local fundraising events. Supporting our heroes is a core part of who we are.

Actively engage with fellow members, attend community events, represent the brand with pride, support the Tunnel to Towers Foundation, and treat every neighbor and colleague with respect. Members in good standing receive priority access to new territories, events, and partnership opportunities.
