Submission of an application for a "Zip Code Mayor," "City Mayor," "County Sheriff," or "State Governor" role does not guarantee acceptance. Territories are awarded at the sole discretion of Mr. Zip Code®. All partnership agreements are subject to a separate written contract. "Pay As You Close" terms are subject to credit approval and specific performance metrics.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE, ITS CONTENT, AND ANY SERVICES OR ITEMS OBTAINED THROUGH THE WEBSITE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.
